In addition to managing 10,000 Derwent Living properties of
our own, Centro Place Management is also providing services
on behalf of several major developers – Haslam Homes,
Barratt, Gladedale and Persimmon.
Because of our vast experience of managing our own properties in the Midlands, Yorkshire and the South East, we know exactly what landlords and residents need – and know how to deliver an excellent facilities management service.
Our own property portfolio includes homes to rent, part-buy, part-rent or buy outright under our Easy Living brand. We also provide affordable rent, student living, retirement living and specialist housing – such as property for NHS staff and special need schemes.
Our knowledge of the housing market is broad and our experience of managing a range of property types is of great benefit, especially for the increasing number of developments that include a wide mix of tenure.
